Fastpitch Power X Fearless Warrior
Great mechanics get you to the circle.
Your mindset keeps you there.
Fastpitch Power is partnering with our friend Coach AB and Fearless Warrior to train the other half of your game.
You've put in the work, but you still feel like you're coming up short.
If this sounds familiar, it doesn't mean you're not good enough. It means that training your mental skills like your train your physical skills will be a total game changer.
Mental strength starts here
Train your mental game right on your phone, in less than 15 minutes a week.
Fastpitch Power X Fearless Warrior
Our shared philosophy is person first, athlete second.
The pressures of performing in her sport can get heavy. When you know exactly who you are and what your greatest strengths are, the game no longer defines you; that's when the joy comes back. We teach mindset because we care about the person throwing, not just the stat line.
And we believe in starting early. If we wait until college to give athletes sport psychology, it's too late. Our mission is to make mindset training easy and fun for the athlete, and for the coaches and parents standing behind her.

A mental skills membership for female athletes. Every week she gets a short video lesson with a mental rep she can use in her next game; every month she gets group coaching and a mentorship session with Olympic, college, and professional athletes. It's run by founder and high performance coach Amanda Schaefer — "Coach AB" — and Team Fearless.
Under 15 minutes a week. The weekly lessons are 5–10 minutes, and each one ends with a single rep she can drop into a practice or game. That's the whole point: mindset training that fits inside a season instead of competing with it.
No, it completes them. Fastpitch Power handles the mechanics, strength, and durability. Fearless Warriors handles the identity, reset routines, and pressure skills that let her trust that training. If your daughter is already putting in physical reps, this is the missing half.
No. They're separate programs with separate memberships. Plenty of families do both—physical instruction on one side, mental training on the other—but joining Fearless Warriors doesn't require a Fastpitch Power+ subscription.
Group coaching is coaching: she brings what's happening in her game and gets immediate feedback and tools from a mental performance coach. Mentorship is access: hearing from athletes competing at the college, professional, and Olympic level about their own struggles, mindset, and recruiting path, plus the chance to ask them questions directly.
Female athletes. The membership was built for athletes who are already doing the physical work and want the mental side to catch up. If you're a softball parent, coach, or pitcher who found your way here through Fastpitch Power, this is for you.
