Introducing our NEW AND IMPROVED PLATFORM!!

Hey Fastpitch Power fam! We’ve been keeping this under wraps for a while, but we are SOOOO EXCITED to finally announce that we’ve launched a new and MUCH improved Fastpitch Power+!

Here’s some of what has changed from the old platform:

  • One app, for everything, for everyone: our mobile app used to be a perk for Fastpitch Power+ standard and premium members, and it only supported Fastpitch Power+ membership content. Now, Lite members can also enjoy mobile app access. Those who have purchased a clinic can access their courses in-app as well.
  • Built-in community: my personal favorite improvement—no more Facebook group 🎉 Now you can chat with the Fastpitch Power coaches and other members right in the app. You get access as soon as you join; no more waiting for manual approval.
  • Smoother subscription management: manage your subscription more easily, upgrade and downgrade, easily change your number of students if you’re a coach or parent of multiple siblings, and get renewal reminders.
  • Better bookmarks: now you can save your favorite drills on the web AND mobile apps. You can also save any type of post from the community.
  • Better support: we’ve introduced a support chat, as well as Direct Messages. Plus, we are now backed by a brand new support team for technical issues.

Existing members

Your account has been upgraded automatically, and there will be no interruption to your membership. You should have received an email notification asking you to set a new username and password to access your new dashboard. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder.
