Crow-Hopping

This is probably one of the most common mechanical issues out there. That’s right, it’s a MECHANICAL issue! Meaning it affects your pitch in a BAD way. No it does not add speed. No it does not make your pitch better! It hurts your power and command! And on top of that, it is illegal in most places!
