Best Cardio Equipment for Softball Players

In the next couple videos, I will show you the best pieces of cardio equipment for softball players. I know for a fact, cardio is not something many softball athletes look forward to, especially if it involves too much running. In these videos, you will see alternative ways to implement cardio, without the use of a treadmill, elliptical, or having to go for a long run.

Sample Airdyne Bike Workouts
1) 3-5 miles for best time
2) 1.5 miles for best time (2-5 times with rest in between)
3) .5 mile sprints <1:15-1:30 (5-10 times with rest in between) 4) :30sprint/:30rest (stay on bike) 200-350W is a range for "sprint performance" 10-20 minutes
