The Importance of Fitness for Softball

In this week’s video I explain why being fit is directly related to becoming better softball player. If you think strength and conditioning is only about getting stronger or faster, you’re missing the bigger (and more important) picture. For athletes with siblings or friends who play other sports, these principles apply to them as well so spread the word!

    Joe,

    my DD is playing in 12/14u travel ball. she is 5′ and small build. is it okay to start her strength training with weights or would pushups/situps be better/safer for her?
