The Fully Integrated Approach to Windmill Pitching

Fastpitch Power has assembled a team of recognized experts to provide our athletes with superior insight into all aspects of athletic development. They are:

  • The Skill: Teaching optimal mechanics for power, command, and control. We will be going into great depth and detail on this in future posts.
  • Physical Development: A crucial aspect in the ability to perform the skill at its highest level while minimizing the risk of injury.
  • Nutritional Guidance: You are what you eat. Enhance your physical development through proper diet and sound nutritional practices.
  • Emotional Support: It has been suggested that boys must “play good to feel good” while girls must “feel good to play good.” We believe that all athletes need a nurturing, positive, and supportive environment to grow, not just in the sport but in all aspects of their lives. Coaches who do not understand the relationship between creating this environment and the performance and well-being of their athletes should perhaps find something else to do.

There are no shortcuts. We offer no tricks. The only athletes who need to pay attention to this site are those who believe good is not good enough.

Comments and questions are always welcome.
