Thanksgiving Break Workouts

This week many athletes will be off or home from school. If you’re in the Northeast, you may even be stuck at home due to the impending winter storm. For athletes (and maybe parents) looking to stay fit over the holiday break, or maybe just hoping to burn some calories, I’ve put together a catalog of Thanksgiving break workouts for you to choose from.

Many, and I mean MANY, of these exercises can be performed at home. Follow along with my flexibility and injury prevention routine. Complete the Fastpitch 150 leg workout. Pick two upper body exercises. Pick two core exercises. Finish with an interval cardio workout, or save that for tomorrow.
