Preseason Team Conditioning Workout

In this week’s video, I demonstrate a team conditioning workout that coaches can add to tryouts and practices during the preseason. These exercises are space efficient and easy for coaches or parents to instruct. Complete this circuit 4 or 5 times or have your team move continuously through the stations with minimal rest for 10-15 minutes at the end of practice.
