Maximizing the Throw Zone for Movement Pitches: Curveball

We’ve discussed the windmill pitcher’s throw zone in depth as it applies to the fastball and change-up, and in last week’s video I introduced the concept of “drawing a picture” of your pitch in the throw zone by showing you the throw zone for a screwball. In today’s video, we’re going to discuss the curveball.
