College Softball Summer Workouts – Flexibility

Over the next couple of weeks, Cassie and I will be covering the different components of a typical college softball summer workouts for incoming freshmen. This week, Cassie demonstrates a total body flexibility routine that you should be doing at home as often as possible. Below the video, I lay out the guidelines.

Flexibility Routine
2x before or after a workout, practice, or lesson
4x as its own workout

Kneeling Quad Stretch 30sec each leg
Wall Squat – Hamstring Stretch 10x
Wall Lateral Squat 10x each way
Upper Back Stretch 30sec
Knee Hug 1Leg Superman 8x each leg
