Changes to Fastpitch Power In 2013 and 3 Core Training Videos

I normally post on Wednesdays, so I sincerely apologize for the delay. My computer obviously thought the world was going to end and called it quits a day early.

This week, I prepared four videos. The first includes one lesson I’ve learned over the past nine months and one major resolution that will affect my contributions to Fastpitch Power in 2013.

In the final three videos I explain and demonstrate A NEW strategy of assessing core strength. These videos should serve as examples of Fastpitch Power 2.Joe. In 2013, I’m pledging to provide more insight behind the application of specific exercises in order to make Fastpitch Power a comprehensive softball-fitness resource, not just a quick-stop for a “killer workout”.

Awesome. Joe, how much of an influence has Athletes’ Performance had on your program.
    Cheers.

Dwanye, AP has influenced me tremendously. I interned at the original Tempe facility in 07 and I still consider that summer to be the best of my life thus far. I was able to work under some of the ‘founders’ of the AP philosophy before it grew substantially.
