    Hey Joe
    I left a message a little while back. Did not know the site was down. I was looking to develop some exercises for a 12u girls. I am the dedicated strength , conditioning , speed , etc coach. But i would like to see what i can do for them in the off season. We meet once a week and may have 15 minutes to show them some exercise. I may be able to come up with my daughter and share with us if you like.
