10 Upper Body Exercises for Softball Players

This week I’ve put together a catalog of ten upper body exercises from our YouTube page. From my experience, upper body strength training is too often overlooked or avoided in fear of injury or “getting too stiff and bulky”. The reality is strength training is critical to improve the physical integrity and durability of muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Most of the videos include instructions as well as a demonstration. I’m going to create more pages like this to serve as references for our readers and new visitors.

    Hi Joe,
    love your info great stuff. Where did you study for S and C? Are the Certificate Programs worth it? I am currently in sales and do not necessarily have the time to go back to full time school etc… but was thinking about the certificate programs that are out there? Curious if you had any thoughts
